Day 2- day at sea, tracy arm, South Sawyer Glacier
Glaciers aren't what I thought they were. This cruise has turned into the Epcot of cruises, very educational. The glacier was so blue, it was so pretty. The captain got us so close to the glacier, it was the closest that they'd gotten all season. There was a ton of sea loins hanging out on the ice too. Today was our Palo brunch day and formal dinner night. Both of which were delicious!!
Day 1- getting on the boat. Disney cruise lines has just as much charm as Disney World does and I loved it. For the next week I will eat, drink and soak in the Disney magic.
After an early flight up to Canada on Saturday we stayed pretty low key for the rest of the day. Today we played tourist and did a bus tour of the city and ate some really good food. Not bad Vancouver, not bad.
Katie, Jake and I went to the Bee's game tonight. It was fun. I really enjoy going to see games in person. We lost but it was still fun. There were fireworks afterwards and it was worth it to go to the game just for those. We had perfect seats for them too.
I love to see the temple. I'll go inside one day.
The open house for the Ogden Utah temple started on Friday and we got to go today. We had a group of about 17 that went. It was a lot of Shara's family, me and Eric.
It's a big temple. It has 7 sealing rooms and it's built on the same location as the previous temple.
So those interviews I had awhile back. Well I took one of the two jobs that I was offered. After much consideration I went with the job up at Primary's. I felt like it was the best move for me personally and professionally. I hope it's everything that I hope and need it to be.
I love to look at clouds during and after storms. They are a sure reminder of there being something more than us in this universe. I love the way the light shines through the clouds. It is just remarkable and absolutely beautiful to me.
