Day 2

Week 1 Day 2:

Distance Ran- 1.5 miles
Time- 18 minutes
Time of day- early morning after a 12 hour night shift (oy)

Run wasn't too too bad- especially for a run right after work. Got a terrible, I mean terrible side stitch about 1/4 mile into the run. Oh it hurt. Probably got it because my legs were tired after working and that I hadn't eaten much before running (by much I mean nothing). Oops. Running on Wednesday. Half way done with week 1. :)

Good job! Way to keep yourself accountable :) Charlie and I want to do a half after she has her baby. So if you run one in Utah, you know who to look up!
